Winter Storm- March 13, 2017

To all home owners, office tenants and guests;

Another winter storm is due to strike our region this evening. As of 1:00 p.m. on Monday March 13th, the forecast is calling for 8 “- 12” of snowfall between Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon. This will be a significant event. We strongly suggest that everyone within the path of this storm prepare for school and store closures along with difficult travel conditions. Of course, if you are able, it is always best to stay off the roads while snow removal efforts are underway.

As you may already know; your community, or office building, contracts directly with a local snow removal company to remove the snow as directed by per your Association’s Board of Directors. NRP will assist, just as we do with all of your contractors, by directly communicating with your snow contractor to direct them as best we are able and assist them in adhering to their contractual obligations with your association.

Please keep in mind, your association is not the only property your snow contractor will service, so please understand that they will not be at the property all day as the snow continues to fall. They will do their best to clear the property as much as possible before having to head to the other properties they service. But, rest assured, they will be back to make sure everything is cleared appropriately in due time. If this does not happen, please feel free to be our “eyes and ears” at your property by sending us an e-mail to
